Your device is a Recommerce smartphone purchased through our various partner websites. Recommerce is a trademark of Recommerce Solutions, the European specialist of refurbished and certified pre-owned mobile phones.

WHAT IS A CERTFIED PRE-OWNED SMARTPHONE?

A Recommerce certified pre-owned smartphone has already experienced a first life. After collecting it, we clean it and perform a series of tests and checks to ensure the device is fully working. All data from the previous user is deleted.

I WANT TO MAKE A CLAIM, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW?

You must make an online claim by going to "Make a Claim". Once the form has been completed, the procedure for returning and exchanging the product will be communicated to you by e-mail.

SHALL I RETURN THE ACCESSORIES WHEN RETURNING MY DEVICE?

No, you only need to return the smartphone to us. Your accessories, if functional, will not be exchange
